VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20 % unless item is zero rated.

Prices
Prices throughout this website  may be subject to increases beyond our control.

We will contact you immediately of any differences before processing your order should this matter arise.

Delivery Terms
All orders within the UK will be subject to our Standard UK delivery charge of £3.00

Dispatch will be by our contracted carriers and usually takes 2-4 working days and usually requires a signature on delivery and are they are unable to make timed deliveries. Where goods are in stock we aim to dispatch the same day (subject to payment clearance). 

Export
We can deliver goods outside of the UK, please call or email us for a quote stating your required goods and full postal address.

Returns/Cancellations
All items must be returned to us within 14 days in its original condition and with the original packaging. We will be happy to exchange or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as the goods remain your responsibility for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.
